Hi, I'm Samm.

I am an ex-lawyer, mom of four, with a passion for photography. What started as a way to document my quickly growing kids became a creative outlet that brings me both joy and connection.

I love capturing all things family and motherhood and I love working with businesses to create clean, cool brand photos for their social media and websites. My sessions are fun, comfortable and stress-free - and I always love trying new things.

In my non-photo time I am also a staff writer at Scary Mommy, where I share all my wild adventures in motherhood.

My life is crazy + loud and I thrive in the chaos. I know how to calm babies, wrangle toddlers, and joke with the teens. I am not afraid of messy moments - in fact, I embrace them and love turning them into something great.

I've got a lot of energy and an affinity for sarcasm, silliness, and humor. I will make your crew feel comfortable - and once that happens, the rest is easy!
